through crowdfunding and then fulfilll their orders on their behalf.
My item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered.

I’m not a content creator, can I still make plushies or figures with Plush Foundry?


Yes! We also specialize in helping game developers, companies,
charities, and event planners with creating plush toys and figurines.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final and non-refundable.

If a campaign is unable to meet it's goal minimum of 200 sales, all customers will be fully refunded.

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non defective items.

The product I bought was damaged. Can I exchange it?

  • Yes you can! If your product was damaged or is defective we will exchange it for a non defective product as soon as possible.

  • For example, if the stitching on your plush was damaged, we can exchange this for you.

  • Please include your order number along with a detailed description and photos of the damaged item.
