All sales are final and non-refundable.

If a campaign is unable to meet it's goal minimum of 200 sales, all customers will be fully refunded.

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non defective items.

The product I bought was damaged. Can I exchange it?

Yes you can! If your product was damaged or is defective we will exchange it for a non defective product as soon as possible.

For example, if the stitching on your plush was damaged, we can exchange this for you.

Please include your order number along with a detailed description and photos of the damaged item.

The shipping address you shipped to was the wrong address! Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for orders that were delivered to the incorrect address due to the customer putting in the wrong address at check out. Please contact our help email below to fix or change shipping addresses before your order ships out to avoid this situation.
